If it's in Port Phillip I've probably sold it. We love the City of Port Phillip.To be honest, I've never worked beyond Port Phillip. Why would you? With some 30-plus years in real estate behind me, I was a founding partner in the widely successful Wilson Pride and bring a lot to the job. Taking a different tack with marketing has always been one of my great loves and something that's paid great dividends for my clients over the years. They're clichés, but real estate, for me, is about getting them the best-possible outcome and showing them the wider St Kilda area through a local’s perspective.

The area is so special. We're blessed with so much. The beach. The lake – to walk, cycle or rollerblade around. Then you’ve got some of Melbourne’s best cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. You can't go past Fitzrovia on Fitzroy Street for coffee. The food’s always great at Di Stasios, too. For us, it's all about lifestyle and the endless choices that go with that.
