If it's in Port Phillip I've probably sold it. We love the City of Port Phillip.To be honest, I've never worked beyond Port Phillip. Why would you? They're clichés, but real estate, for me, is about getting them the best-possible outcome and showing them the wider St Kilda area through a local’s perspective.
The area is so special. We're blessed with so much. The beach. The lake – to walk, cycle or rollerblade around. Then you’ve got some of Melbourne’s best cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. You can't go past Fitzrovia on Fitzroy Street for coffee. The food’s always great at Di Stasios, too. For us, it's all about lifestyle and the endless choices that go with that.
